The blind butt end of the pawnshop at the break in B.Spasskaya street prompted these formal solutions. The design proposal for the addition was executed in 1992. The experience of previous structures allowed for the substantial alteration of the stytistics, turning from historical images to those more complex and with an emotionally rich composition, and was made possible by a program that included two garage levels, offices and a penthouse.
