The total area of the terminal is 40,000 sq. m.
The southern character of the city, which is the gateway to the resorts of the North Caucasus, predetermined the recreational appearance of the passenger terminal. Within the framework of the concept, two versions of the facades were developed. In the first of them, the main facade becomes a huge pergola covered with greenery, and the second one echoes the silhouette of the snow-capped Caucasus mountains.
