The hotel complex is located in the village of Amber, on the coast of the Baltic Sea. The adjacent beach is marked with the blue flag of UNESCO as one of the cleanest in the region. The complex, located at a difference of almost 20 meters, forms a new image of the coast: the geometry of the building is as close as possible to the terrain, forming a multi-level cascade of terraces on the hill. The building consists of a hotel and apartments uphill with panoramic views towards the sea and sand dunes. Flat exploited roofs serve as landscaped terraces, with views and playgrounds. The architecture of townhouses includes pitched roofs and elements of Scandinavian design, consonant with the Baltic region.
