This beautiful oasis among sandy ruins will be located in the Studio City area of Dubai.
The facade is made of mono-material, which gradually “collapses” to the top under the influence of wind currents. The architect sculpted the terraces and balconies, framed the upper part of the facade with carvings and complemented it all with an oasis in the form of a padel court, Jacuzzi pool and fountains.
The variety of building materials ranges from natural stone, fiber cement panels to stucco.
The concept utilizes smooth and textured material to create the feeling of a ruined mountain.
