The temple-beacon in honor of sacred saintlike admiral Feodor Ushakov continues tradition of memorable temples-chapels construction. The building will be consisted from the bottom hall for prayer service and divine service from which it is possible to rise by the spiral staircase in the top part with the small cell and the panoramic platform. In the constructive plan it is offered to use system of a frame laying from bricks, applied as far back as 1927 by the architect Melnikov.
