Baso (XVII c.)
The prototype of the pavilion goes back to the lightweight designs of the Japanese house and to its minimalist aesthetics. A simple framework and the maximum transformation of space. The functional block of the cafe is connected with the staircase leading to the upper level of the pavilion – “chilaut”. Sliding screens, dotted with poetic lines – border of internal and external space. Four directions of the world are four centuries of Russian poetry.
