City Hall or “market quarter” is a functional hybrid, consisting of 3 elements – a shopping complex, cultural center and administration building. In our version, the vertical volume of the Town Hall is similar to a lighthouse that broadcasts various information to the whole Innograd thanks to a huge screen, working on solar panels built into the facade. The stylobate part is solved in the form of a wide esplanade, used as a space for meetings and communication.
