The planning structure of the village consists of several radial rings, diverging from the central recreational zone – a kind of “pearl” against the background of the boundless Kazakh steppes.
From the south and west side of the site there is a wavy ridge of apartment houses, near which there are plots with small cottages. As you approach the recreation center, the plots increase, and the cottage areas increase. The territory of the recreation center includes a hotel building with 20 rooms (with the possibility of extending to 40) + guest parking, a recreational complex with Russian baths, a Finnish sauna, a hammam, a massage room, a SPA, a billiard room, a fitness club, an indoor pool [25m ], A children’s club, a disco club, a thematic cafe, etc., as well as a boat station, mini-zoo, equestrian sports complex, quadrocycle track, shooting range, paintball club and technical zone.
In the zone of entrance to the village there is a public center with a checkpoint, shops, a medical center, a pharmacy, a dry cleaning service, and a small kindergarten with a playground.
Soft wavy structure of the village forms a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere for its inhabitants and creates the image of an oasis in the steppe “desert”.
