Territory area - 760 hectares
The basis of the concept is a balance between the preservation of the natural potential of the territory, architectural solutions and the investment attractiveness of the project.
Continuous forest corridors with a total area of more than 60 hectares, located within walking distance from all residents of the region, became the key planning element of the territory. Residential buildings, townhouses and cottages are divided into clusters, each of which has its own social and commercial infrastructure. In the center of the district there is an artificial pond with an embankment and a cultural and business center.
Our team proposes to create on the territory of the district three educational clusters – “superschools” with in-depth study of biology, ecology, chemistry, mathematics and engineering disciplines. Schools will also be the venue for lectures and interdisciplinary scientific festivals for residents of Kazan.
The investment analysis showed that the concept of the project can be implemented while preserving the quality of the proposed solutions within the time frame specified in the competition task.
The project took the 2nd place in the international competition, the jury of which was headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
