The new complex, accumulating power streams of the city, “flying up” above the coast in the form of two console volumes. Due to protruding consoles the additional area of public spaces and vonderfull sea views are formed. Northern subject generates associations with the stiffened fragments of an iceberg radiating light in the darkness of polar night. The new complex becomes original beacon of Kirkenes and its new sea dominant.
