Extended ‘ridge’ of new building grows above the territory of the Kiev railway, going along Kutuzovsky prospectus, transforming aloof grounds in a full residential quarter. Residential tower in the environment of office cases is situated in the quarter ‘headboard’, and the trading-entertaining center is placed in the ‘tail’. The planted trees and shrubs parkway connects all space of ‘ridge’, penetrating into residential building.
