The concept is based on the principles laid down by one of the authors of the AMO ZIL territory planning project – Meganom Bureau. The key task was to combine natural landscapes and the cultural component associated with the legacy of the Russian Avant-garde. The red promenade bridge connecting various thematic zones of the embankment became a cross-cutting element of the concept. A series of pavilions in the form of art objects become original landmarks of the place.
