In the design of the lobbies, we combined three elements: water, air and earth. Each lobby reflects its own element, and they are united by minimalism, comfortable light furniture, muted colors and plants that create a calm atmosphere.
The gym also supports the overall concept of the project. Wooden panels combined with greenery create an image of coziness, freshness and tranquility. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors expand the space and allow you to conveniently look at your reflection from all sides during exercise.
The main dominant of the parking lot is a composition of tropical plants with outdoor spherical lamps that greet us at the entrance to the parking lot, representing a living oasis, since the decor of the entire space is made in sand tones.
The Greenhouse project on the roof of a residential complex in Dubai embodies the idea of the harmonious coexistence of urban formats and natural elements. This unique greenhouse, built from natural materials, offers city residents the opportunity to communicate with nature in an urban environment. The greenhouse has shelves for growing various crops, allowing residents to grow fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers right on the roof of their home.
Next to the greenhouse is a cozy recreation area where residents can relax while enjoying the fresh air and lush greenery.
