The proposed concept maximum reveals the area potential, minimizing its negative qualities. Buildings are formed in the shape of a horseshoe, open to the river, towards the City. South side of the horseshoe consists of individual highrise volumes while the lower north side is a uniform screen noise protection wall, which protects the complex from the 3 ring.
Landscaped courtyard raised to a mark of 7 m and a roof of a 3-storey parking, with commercial rooms on the perimeter, animates the ground floor.
More dark shell of the outer facade, lined with large-format composite panels, is replaced by stained-glass glazing from the court.
