Imagine you walk into an office, and the first thing that catches your eye is the majestic columns that have preserved the spirit of the theater. Modern loft-style work areas are comfortably located between them. It sounds unusual, doesn’t it?

We turned the old theater hall into a modern office space. This project is unique not only for its design, but also for the atmosphere in which different eras and styles are intertwined.

One of the main features of this office was the abundance of greenery. There are plants everywhere that enliven the space and fill it with freshness. In the center of the hall you can see a chandelier that has been preserved since theatrical times and harmoniously coexists with modern loft-style lamps.
It seems that two centuries have converged in the office on Novoryazanskaya Street to create ideal conditions for work and creativity.
