Location on the edge of a vast forest park dictated a picturesque layout of residential buildings, like gigantic tree trunks. Perimetral location of buildings liberates the central space for the surviving piece of pine grove. Corps with variable floors grow to 15 floors in the center and drop to 8 at the edges.
