The development of the territory of the old airport involves the creation of a full-fledged urban area, in which the residential function is complemented by a developed public infrastructure, which includes, in addition to educational and medical facilities, a large administrative cluster with a government quarter, cultural and exhibition centers, business and recreational functions. This project summarizes the numerous developments of the last few years, including the concepts of Anthony Bechu, Alexey Polyansky, Sergey Trukhachev and others.
