The project as the business – idea allows to solve a number of the strategic tasks leaving far for frameworks of the first Russian pavilion creation on a world’s fair in Shanghai. Among these tasks are:
1. Creation of maximum effective and attractive image of pavilion with extremely strong potential power
2. Creation of the “Hotel – Traveler” sample – prototype on which basis at first regional and then the international network of hotels can be created
3. The wide PR – company at all stages of this project realization:
– discussion of idea
– construction of a dirigible “Hotel – Traveler” Russia N1
– building of pavilion in Shanghai as a prototype of a hotels global network mooring station
– flight of the hotel with the Russian delegation from Moscow to Shanghai through all Russia and China. ” Russia China – friendship for ever! ”
– at last, the culmination of the given project – public installation of a roof on pavilion, i.e. landing of a dirigible to mooring station
– rising of pavilion spectators with the review of the EXPO in good weather during the work of all exhibition – ” The highest viewing platform of Shanghai! ”
– presentation of a global network of “Hotels – travelers” « МИR-AH! », that can take place within the framework of the exhibition
4. Full non-waste constructions and further use of all components of the project
5. Ease of the building designs connected to absence of the most expensive element of a wide-span building – its roof and as consequence, relative cheapness of the project, which total cost on preliminary computations can be within 20-25 mln.EUR (700-900 mln.RUB., without cost of an exposition and flight of Hotel from Moscow to Shanghai)
4. Creation of an exhibit “Hotel – traveler” with replacement of an exhibition unit «From the past in the future. The history of designing of flying cities – continuation follows…» in it, that can become a drawing card of the Russian program and a hit of all exhibition
All technological components of the project are exist now that is extremely important for the creation of pavilion in such undertime. The dirigible for the creation of the “Hotel – traveler” prototype can be designed and constructed in Russia, or bought abroad and reequipped.
For today there is a set of types of dirigible with a soft or rigid cover. There is domestic development of a dirigible with a rigid cover “dirigible Nesterenko”, that has given the name to the whole class of flying devices likewise “Montgolfier” and “Zeppelin”.
The idea of flying cities, having not one century of searches and projects, aspire in the future, also continues to excite human mind. From the Russian developments it is enough to recollect the well-known project of Flying city created by architect Krutikovym in the end 1920 years, or K.E.Tsiolkovsky’s most detailed description of the future mankind space settlements as huge funnel, directed by the wide side to the sun, as to an energy source for the city
