On the top floor, on the exploitable roof, there is a cozy terrace. Modular fences and planters with greenery can be easily moved, creating any necessary space configuration. There are soft areas for a large company, areas with comfortable kitchen tables and cozy relaxation areas. The floor is made of a special coating – terrace boards, the notches on which create a non-slip surface and saturate it with details. The furniture is made specifically for outdoor use. All tables have a heavy stone base and can remain on the roof in any weather. The chairs and sofas are made of plastic and are effectively illuminated from the inside.
