The foundation of the Foundation is located in close proximity to the cultural center of Heydar Aliyev, built on the project of Zaha Khadid and enters into a spatial dialogue with him. In contrast to the expressive plastic forms of the cultural center, our project is restrained and forms a kind of frame for Zaha.
