The hotel complex is located in the green area between the Leningrad highway and the Khimki Reservoir. The presence of green predetermined light, the nature park architecture, combining stained glass and white metal panels.
Functionally, the complex consists of two hotel buildings (Novotel and Adagio), coupled by the general stylobate lobby, conference area, a fitness center and a restaurant.
Outside the body “dressed” in a raised diamond-shaped shell of the tape-like birch bark, internal facades are becoming a sort of “cut-outs” with continuous glazing.
