The trading center is planned to build on the 15 km of Dmitrovsky highway, leading to the famous mountain-skiing and water resorts of Moscow suburbs. The center subject – active leisure goods. The building is raised above the ground, covering an open parking by itself. The spiral volume of the main facade is dictated by a smooth bend of road. Through transparent “womb” it is possible to see sold exhibits – from scooters up to full-size yachts.
For increase of center “ecological stability” using of roof surface for creation of covered greenhouses, recycling of rain water and production of additional energy with the help of solar collectors is planned.
