The center is situated in a picturesque bend of the Uchinskogo reservoir. The project involves placing a yacht club, as well as the construction of 36 luxury apartments. Area of residential buildings is growing as it approaches the coastline. As part of the waterfront slum provided for a landscaped pedestrian area, as well as multiple device remote pier for yachts.
