The small area of the site for such a significant public building is compensated by the development of public space vertically. We propose the creation of a new urban space on the roof of the foyer, which will combine the main functions of the complex – a concert complex, offices and trade. On the landscaped landscaped roof there is a cafe and a food market with pavilions of author’s cuisine, covering the volumes of a large and
small halls. Some of the tables of the summer cafe are under a canopy that protects from rain and hot sun. A wide amphitheater staircase connects the roof to the square in front of the building. A convenient entrance to the underground cultural center “Phanagoria” is organized under the amphitheater. The amphitheater can become a favorite place for citizens to relax and an ideal stage for the performance of the Cossack Choir at city festivals. There is a lot of life here in the morning, afternoon and evening – both inside and outside the complex!
