The site with the existing 6-storey building is located in the historic low-rise quarter adjacent to Taganskaya Square, which imposes stringent restrictions on the height and density of development. On the other hand, the neighborhood with multi-storey residential development along the other side of the street B. Kamenshchiki allows you to set a new scale for the territory. Within the framework of the preliminary design, several variants of the building layout were developed in order to find the optimal ratio of volumes.
