The key to the settlement lays in the general plan reminding a contour of a maple sheet with the central line of foot parkway and veins of foot paths going from it. Ring passage separates two zones of building – central “ridge” from single townhouses and pair houses on the perimeter, incorporated in mini-quarters by wooden arches.
