The initial variant of the building consisted of several blocks of different height with planted trees and shrubs roofs. Subsequently the house grown up, became more straight, but tried to keep the picturesque shape. Some the linked blocks have absolutely various character of facades. Prospective materials of furnish – a black granite, plates from limestone, panels in wood imitation and white color.
