Kamov Airport is a combination of practicality and cultural heritage.

Public facilities at the airport include an extensive list of facilities: arrival and departure hall, security area, baggage claim area, common rooms. When developing the project, it was important to make them comfortable and understandable for residents, useful for residents.

An additional task of the airport interior is to tell the guests of Tomsk about the history and future of the region. We took this into account when designing solutions.

Metal slats with backlight are a reference to the landscape of the Vasyugan marshes.

Heat panels made of a prosechno-exhaust network simulate the movement of air flows. The wall decoration with perforated plaster recalls the aircraft industry-the main industrial attraction of the city.

Inside the lanterns, we used Nikolai Kamov’s key design: screws with 2 axes and 3 blades. The name of the aircraft designer Kamov and the airport is named.

The zoning is made with frosted glass partitions. This allows you to fill the room with light and air. Landscaping in the interior of public areas relieves stress, creates a calm atmosphere before the flight.

The airport concept includes the design of a briefing room. It will be convenient to handle current issues and manage long-term overloads here.

Speaking of public areas, I will not mention bathrooms. The minimalistic interior once again belongs to the aircraft industry. The walls are decorated with decorative plaster imitating metal panels with rivets.

All elements of the airport’s facilities are planned in order to make the guests’ stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. And also tell in detail about the history and culture of Tomsk. Separate in the comments to the statements from the concept.
