The main idea of ??the project is to create a vivid and memorable architectural image that will be perceived as an active plastic dominant in the city, working both from distant and from near points, due to the variety of viewpoints and the availability of various architectural techniques on the facades of all the volumes of the hotel complex.
The main building of the hotel in the form of a 10-storey plate “hovers”, leaning against a stylobate of two large volumes, separated from each other, which creates a new space between the three main buildings in the form of an arch window with dimensions 21x21m.
The building blocks are united by a 2-storey building with a double-lighted lobby, from which one can get into all functional areas. On the roof of the stylobate is organized the entry of fire equipment on the ramp from the rear facade. From the side of the main southern facade this roof passes into a wide canopy over the area of ??the main entrance. Also, the roof is a well-maintained public space, which is the hall of the SPA-complex pool. Over the basin of the pool, there is a glazed atrium of the office block, from which you can see the pool. The height of the canopy of the main entrance is about 6.6 meters. Through this entrance, we find ourselves in a double-lighted lobby that transforms into a double-lighted restaurant with a view of the Moscow River.
