The settlement situates in Barvikha village near Moscow. It includes 106 blocked houses total area from 175 to 200 sq.m. Besides there is public center and common green space with a pond. The finish material for cottages is a coloured brick. The main part of the public center is a portal from wooden structure, which closes central pedestrian avenue and also cafe’s open terrace. The center includes fitness hall, shop, cafe and offices.
